ASP - Finish Image Creator Site and Upload

I have an ASP site that was built but not completed properly or entirely.I would say it is 95% there

The site is an online image and font creator

I need the site completed in the following manner

1. Complete admin system to ensure new images can be uploaded to the site automatically. The code should be mostly there as it did work well before it was integrated with new graphics

2. Fix a snall issue with image size

3. Upload the final fixed up website

I will pm the site and you can check the code

My budget is low as I have already spent too much on this and the developer did not complete properly. $50 -$100 max is preferred but you will need to check out the code
