API integration for taxes

I have a website done in ASP. We are implementing collecting taxes and are using a 3rd party to call to and get the local tax rate for a customer. This information will be retrieved and then added to the total for the order. This is well beyond my scope. I will include the manual to do this. I have the API keys and will give you my files after bidding is complete. If you have any questions please let me know. If you feel you can do this then bid, if not please do not bid. I need someone with very good knowledge of this.
