Development Of Site

Looking for a designer to develop a site that will give auto dealers the ability to advertise on site for free and customers the ability to browse for free and get information on cars. But need to have the ability to charge the customer a fee later on down the road when I am ready. Sign up required and ability to upgrade account if wanting for people and dealers that are selling cars. All cars listed under category (i.e. cars, suvs, trucks etc.) with search. Dealer and personal information that can be entered into the site that shows with ad would be link to their website, telephone, email etc. Ability to upload pictures of cars. Payment for fees integrated into Pay Pal and 2checkout.com. Do not have to worry about graphics or layout as it will already be built. Just need the backbone of the site designed. One last thing, of course the site will need an admin panel to control users (delete, change etc.) Examples: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with out all the comparisons and etc. We specialize in development and this is an extra project that we need worked on. A good communicator is required. There will be more work in line for the developer if this project is completed correctly and well. We give priority to developers we have worked with before. Mockups are always nice and add to the bid.
