designs to asp using telerik rad controls

We are looking someone that understood the requirement before say only "i can do it" We have some designs that want to implement on a asp.net platform. This asp.net platform use some rad controls from telerik [login to view URL] Telerik offer create skin for modules. Some modules will be required to create a skin and other ones we are going to give the design (buttons, radio buttons, dropdown list, etc) and the design must be coded for be delivered to the programmers who work on platform and they integrate the design. The graphic designer is doing design for GRID, BUTTONS, POP UP, MENU, RADIO BUTTONS, DROPDOWNLIST, CALENDARS, ETC. Each elements must be converted to asp.net and given to PROGRAMMERS FOR THEY integrate in the platform. Designs that must be converted. 1. menu 2. dropdown list 3. radio buttons 4. buttons 5. grid 6. selection buttons 7. slide buttons 8. switch buttons 8. calendar 10. pop up windows 11. field text 12. area text 13. About 10 elementes more. Will be created 3 templates with different colors each one. So each module will be needed to code 3 times with different colors. The design will be the same so only is required to change the color. We are going to provide design source files.
