Custom Text Preview Tool for Engraving

We are looking to create something similiar to - [login to view URL] For our site - [login to view URL] Basically we need a way to add text for engravings so that the client can submit it before the order online. The text will need to submit with the order in the lines. Step 1 select a plaque, Step 2 add your text, Step 3 checkout. It may be work to add the lines of text to each plaque as well.
