ASP + Access Database website amendment

The website is done using ASP and Access Database. There is already admin part. Just need few additions.
1. Create/edit/delete user info (Name, Email, Username, Password) from Admin and email with login info is sent to user
2. Login / Logout system for user
3. After login, user will be able to upload file and file is saved on FTP
4. Email is sent to Admin and user with the confirmation and link to download the file.
