Classic ASP Page with Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus Log In

Every so often we promote a special offering to our users on Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus and post a URL for them to download from. So for example we offer a Photo in WinZip file, we post the URL: [login to view URL] When the user visits the URL he or she can then click a link on the page to download the free item. When we post the URL of course anyone can access the file and we have no overview of who is. We have Business Page on Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus where we post. So what we want is when the user clicks on the URL that we post on Facebook or Twitter or Google Plus and they come to the download page that: 1. The page checks to see if the user is currently logged into Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus. 2. If the user is and is "like" us on Facebook or "follow us" on Twitter or in one of the circles on Google Plus that that they get a URL ie: [login to view URL] 3. If the user is not logged in on Facebook, or logged in on Twitter or logged in on Google Plus then the user gets Log in alternatives for their preferred social media channel on the page: [login to view URL] 4. When the user logs in using one of the social media API's it checks of course their username and password. If the user is "like" us on Facebook or "follow us" on Twitter or in one of the circles on Google Plus that that they get a URL ie: [login to view URL] 5. If the user logs in and is not "like" us on Facebook or not "follow us" on Twitter or not in one of the circles on Google Plus (depending on which log in option they chose) then they get the chance to "like us" or "follow us" or "join the hangout". 6. If the user decides to "like us" or "follow us" or "join the hangout" then they are redirected to the page: [login to view URL] 7. If the user decides not to "like us" or "follow us" or "join the hangout" then they are redirected to the page: [login to view URL] We have a Facebook APP ID and Secret etc. I understand we will need to get something similar for both Twitter and Google Plus and we can do this. Your project is create the working functionality for steps 1 - 7 as listed above. Our pages are built in Classic ASP so the code needs to work in ASP with either JQuery or Javascript. We know its not a complicated task and guides are available to implement these things on Facebook and Twitter and Google Plus for developers but our developer is away tomorrow and unable to complete the functonality.
