3D Tyre Model for 3D Printing

I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler who can create a custom scale car tyre model for 3D printing. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating detailed and realistic 3D models for display or decoration purposes.
Project Requirements:
- Create a 3D model of a car tyre "DUNLOP SP SPORT MAXX 060+" suitable for 3D printing.
- The model should be replica, scaled to 200mm OD
- The tyre model should be highly detailed and realistic in pattern.
- Inside should be 166mm smooth cylinder.
- No much care for side patterns & writings, specific writings will be provided.
- STEP file & .STL file are required.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. Blender, Autodesk Maya, etc.).
- Experience in creating 3D models for 3D printing.
- Attention to detail and ability to create realistic textures and materials.
- Strong understanding of tyre anatomy and design.
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling work.
Note: ONLY tyre is needed, no need to design inner metal ring.
