14 X 4.10m two stories townhouse, floor plans is available. 200 plus townhouses to be built in a residential campus of 30000 plus square meters land ( 195 X 180m ) in a rural area in Cambodia for sale. 18 townhouses in a raw approximately. Size of a house is 14m long, 4.10m width, total high 6.40m in which first floor is 3.40m hight and second floor is 3.00 m ( floor plans is available ). The section is 22.00m long by 4.10m width, house is 14.00 m, land left in font of the house is 5.50m and 1.50m at the back. Road in front of the house is 7.00 m width. A tree at the boundary of every two houses.
A modern design is required at low budget is possible.
The main design is at the front. The is sample of current townhouses mode is available or you can check on google using key words Borey in Cambodia or Cambodia Modern Designed Townhouses ..etc.
A warehouse In the center of the campus. A rectangle land of 79 x 42m surrounded by roads to be build a warehouse 58 x 26m. The high of warehouse is 6.80m at the front ant slopes roof to the back at the angle around 3 degrees plus / pitch 1.50 m . Floor plans is attached.
In summary the design is 3D drawing of the townhouses and a warehouse of the residential campus.
