I am also knowledgeable as a Customer Care Specialist having worked for 1 year at the Call Center where I was trained extensively. I work hard to provide excellent voice over services and customer care satisfactorily no matter your business or line work. I thrive under difficult or high-pressured situations that require me to think outside the box.
