In addition to leading the team, I spent a lot of time on the phone with clients, answering questions, assisting in navigating the platform, and also Emailing users. I graduated high school with a diploma in the business field and got my first job as a customer service agent where I worked for 2 years and gain a lot of knowledge about the importance of customer services and techniques used daily. Within the past 9 years, I worked in a few call centers and was introduced to sales, Appointment settings, Data entry, Chats&Emails, Order Entry, order tracking, and Lead Generation. I also did multiple campaigns including Credit repair, education, surveys, Health care, and Auto insurance. just to name a few.
