We need a new website for Attorney Marvin T. Fete. His current website is www.marvinfeteatty.com. We would like 5 main menu items (Home, Family Law, Civil Law, About, Contact). We want drop down menus for Family Law, and Civil Law categories.

Main themes to promote on the page are:
FREE FIRST OFFICE CONSULTATION, ALL FEES based on FLAT FEE RATE. No charges by the hour.

Also, an emphasis on Divorce Cases.

On each web page listed under the main menu, we would like a simple form that asks: Name, City, Phone #, dropdown box to select the issue/reason for the free consultation request, and what days/times work best for them. Also, we need a comment box so they can provide more details.

We need the website mockup for WordPress. The contest is for a website mockup. Once we select the winner, we'll hire them to finish all the webpages per our requests. You can use the content on the current website for pages, but we will provide all the text for each page after the initial contest is completed.
