I have a form in WordPress created with HTML Form plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/html-forms/ , I need some validation javascript in the form. For example, there is a yes no radio option and on click of yes it shows some additional fields, I want to keep those additional fields required, only if someone chooses yes. Also, there are some checkbox field sets and I want to make them required, like user must have to select at least one checkbox. So its just a simple javascript work, a proficient person can have it done in few minutes. So whoever get it done and shows me the result first using Instawp sample wordpress demo, I will choose him as the winner and also give him another project with more advanced customization of this form plugin.
