Hi, I constantly have very many HTML UI and Graphics-to-HTML projects that need to be worked on, and have lost a few very good front end developers recently. I'm looking to onboard a few more. This initial project is more of an audition for future work. If I select you as the best developed response (or perhaps even the top 5), I will have much more work for you. Please DO NOT bid if you don't want more work after. Here's the requirements:

- You'll take a single graphic screen (NOT photoshop) and turn it to HTML/JS/CSS (see design1.png).
- It must be responsive.
- YOU MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED. I need developers that can look at the screen and get it right the first time, I dont have time to tell developers that something isnt centered correctly, or the vertical alignment of two elements is way off. It should be pixel perfect, although sometimes the designs aren't perfectly on either as a designer makes a mistake, so you need to be smart enough to realize that if the design is not quite centered, you still need to make sure that element is centered correctly. You wont win this contest if you can't properly look at the design and realize that your font weights or letter spacing is different, that you dont have items centered, etc etc. I need people that can "get it right the first time" without me or someone on my team telling them a bunch of things are wrong.
- You must be willing to communicate via email. I dont have time to get on Skype all the time, I travel a lot. I will when I can, but I'm very busy and responding to email whenever I can is best.
-Code structure is important too. Proper labeling etc in english is important so all of my internal teams can understand the elements.

Attached is the screen to work on, as well as the icons you need to complete the screen. The font to use is Raleway, and you'll need to use a number of different weights of it to make this a correct pixel perfect HTML template. Regarding the responsive items, I will leave that up to you to design as you see fit. It will help me understand your creativity etc.

  Interesting complaint, the project hasn't been awarded yet. Its still in evaluation stage with the client. That said, I'm denying your screenshots. You didnt provide any link to actually test this, but just looking at your screenshots actually provided, you didnt do basic things like making sure that the top bar alignment is even correct (like a centered logo, your logo is well off to the left. This is the sort of basic detail thats required.

  Thank you for your feedback at least! :) I'm ok with you rejecting my entry. The problem is that contest holders tend to ignore the people working on the projects. A little feedback during the contes to us is all we ask. No one likes to participate in something and seeing that the contest holder is missing for the entire contest without a single word of encouragement or feedback. By the way I had the link to the webpage. The problem is that you never specified it on your requirements. But what's done is done. Good luck for the rest of the participants and for future projects.
