I'm looking for a skilled designer to create an impactful logo for my language academy. The logo colors are not specified, leaving room for your creativity and professional judgment by taking into consideration the following characteristics:

- Professionalism
- Diversity
- Creativity

Though specific symbols or words haven't been settled on, the logo needs to capture the aforementioned traits while staying relevant to an academy.

Skills and Experience:
I need a designer who has:

- A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of logo styles.
- Experience in creating logos for educational or learning institutions.
- Ability to incorporate symbolism effectively in designs.
- Excellent understanding of color psychology, and how to use it in branding.
- Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback.

Your proposal should include at least one logo project where you faced a similar challenge, and how you solved it. Please also include a brief outline of what your creative process would look like for this project.
