I need a page website designed in Wordpress. I prefer either the Onepress theme, or a similar theme that uses visual composer. Theme colors should be Red, White, Blue. Use the attached photo on the site.

I need a calculator built just like the one on this page http://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/bahCalc.cfm

All the ASCII data files to make the calculator function are located in the attached zip file.
