We are looking for design ideas for building a small, simple but yet modern 2-story vacation/retirement home.

We want realistic sketches that can be turned later into real architectural plans for building the house.
The design must combine both space utilization efficiency as well as construction cost saving.

We are flexible about the design proposal and open to suggestions.

  The lot dimensions are 10.3 m x 26.3 m. I think it would make sense to have setbacks if the total surface area and your design can accommodate it. I am very flexible and open to suggestions and advice.
