I am developping a social-media platform that deliver bundled educational services covering:
-learning and testing
-vote and surveying
-competion and rewarding

Targeted users are:
1-schools/teachers/students
2-companies/employees/customers

I need to make a short promotional video, (or an animated avatar) that explain the platform services and utilities, in English and Arabic, with high resolution, minimum time and minimum file size to be uploaded quick and easily on other social media (i.e what's app maximum allow 20 MB)

  But need to be slower, less text on the screen, with key word in the voice over. ..
