I need a creative and experienced graphic designer to create a logo for my company, Baker Street Electric.

The name Baker Street comes from the detective stories of Sherlock Holmes. We desire to solve electrical problems and come up with creative solutions to our customer's electrical needs.

Here are the specific details I'm after:

Color Palette:
- No yellow.

Style:
- The logo should have a modern, clean and minimalistic style: sleek, simple, and versatile. Nothing busy. The image should convey confidence and professionalism in the electrical field.

Imagery:
- Possible elements to include: a street light (could be traditional or modern) , and/or a font stylized to appear made from electrical wire. However, the font should still be modern, clean, impactful and easily readable. We have included a couple of ideas in the attached photo. Don't feel limited by these, we are curious what you will come up with, but do play around, improve and experiment with them if you feel inspired.

No silhouettes of Sherlock Holmes. No pipes. No magnifying glasses and No lightening bolts or fists.

Ideal candidate must have:
- Solid graphic design background
- Proven experience in logo design
- Ability to translate brand identity into a visual format
- Strong creativity and artistic skills
- Proficient with graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Final submissions must be presented in a vector format in order to be resizable (AI or SVG). All fonts must be included for editing. All artwork must be

UPDATED INFORMATION: Thank you everyone for your work and entries. We are definitely leaning to have a light pole featured in the logo but do not need to see letters made from electrical wires. We are exploring two directions of a more modern clean font and also a more traditional font as we have seen interesting designs with both. We look forward to seeing your ideas as we approach the final week of the contest. Please make sure the word electrical can easily be read and that the fonts are not too blocky. We also will NOT be using an acronym (BSE) in the design. We love seeing your designs on fancy paper and walls or signs but please make sure you include a flat image version also, so we can see what your design would look like on the web or paper. Thanks. We like seeing designs in black and white, gold or blue.
