About me: I am an experienced Personal Trainer, working freelance in Dubai, after working at an elite personal training studio. I am originally from the Netherlands.

Why Kaizen Performance? I have recently started my training business with this name, both personal training and online coaching.
Kaizen stands for ‘continuous improvement’ and ‘change for better’. It is a Japanese business principle, but very applicable to health and fitness too. My goal with Kaizen Performance is to help people get healthier, stronger and happier by continuously improving the 4 pillars of: nutrition, training, recovery and lifestyle. The goal here is long term, sustainable results by focusing on a personalized, step by step approach, and to help people move forward.

The logo:
My logo idea (Open for suggestions):
-Minimalistic and clean
-I dont like the cheesy generic fitness logos, with stick-men and dumbbells. I prefer something that looks more modern and abstract, but linked to fitness and to what I stand for as explained above.
-It needs to be strong
-I like the silver for the logo. However I’ve always liked orange as a color, and what it means, so maybe something with orange in it, but keep it clean and modern.
-See file attached for an example, but it can look completely different.
