I require a skilled professional to craft an engaging PowerPoint presentation on property and facility management. This presentation should vividly encapsulate:

- Our Company's Hierarchy: As gleaned from an Authority Matrix diagram, the presentation should unequivocally display our company's structure and organization. Each division (we have 5 or more) must be explicitly highlighted, reflecting the concrete representation of our company.

- Budget Overview: I'm also looking for a comprehensive view of our budgetary allocations. It should be visually appealing yet detailed enough to convey crucial information.
