I'm in need of a skilled web developer to create an interactive, online version of a paper-based personality test. This digital solution should provide a user-friendly interface for participants during training sessions. Here are the specific features I require:

- Format: The test should be designed as an online interactive test, accessible via web browser. Experience with UX design and web development is necessary.
- Interactivity: The test must incorporate real-time scoring. This requires technical knowledge of dynamic web technologies to handle scoring computations in real-time.
- Real-Time Scoring: As the test conductor, I want the system to display the total scores to each participant at the end of the test. Skills in data manipulation and secure display of results are crucial.

Overall, I’m looking for someone with experience in creating interactive tests, a solid understanding of web technologies, and a knack for user experience design.

Key features should include:

A QR code that participants can scan with their phones to begin the assessment.
An interactive, mobile-friendly test interface.
