I am looking for a 7ft X 10ft tent design for various outdoor and indoor events such as swap meets, flea markets, farmers markets, tailgate parties and concerts. I have a specific design in mind for the graphics on the tent and my budget for the project is less than $500.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Creative design skills
- Knowledge in drawing large scale murals
- drawing, illustrative, and graphic design skills
-3D rendering skills, and mock up skills helpful, but not necessary.

I have purchased a three-sided 7ft X 10 FT Tent. I have attached pictures for your review. Both the interior and exterior walls require custom graphics.

The exterior graphics will be illustrated/painted to look like the outside of a house. This aesthetic could be brickface, stucco, or any other material, as long as it is easily recognizable as a home. Windows may be included, grass w/flowers can be seen growing on the side. If windows are included on the side of the house, the windows must also be featured on the inside.

The top Valance must read “ASK A REALTOR” and feature the “KW1” logo on each side.

The Peak portion of the tent, must feature the “REALTY LOGO1” logo.

Superimposed on the right, left, and back panel of the exterior of the tent will be “Realtor Logo2” with a speech bubble, that says, “Ask your neighborhood Realtor®.” See attached example…..

The interior panels of the tent are to be designed like the interior of a cartoon home (Family guy meets the Simpsons). The color of the walls is a light blue. Windows may be placed so they are in alignment with the illustrated windows of the exterior design.

There should not be any more than two windows. Draw a bookshelf with bric-a-brac that includes the following items: A pair of Ice Skates, a few skating trophies and medals, a Vegas Golden Nights Hockey Banner, a raiders football helmet, and a framed picture of an orange and black German Shepherd dog. An illustrated “painting of Mom” on the wall and a separate home sweet home sign with two blue butterflies. Artist may take great liberty with the design, the coolest design within the aforementioned parameters wins.

Remember each panel is 7ft tall x 10ft wide, with an ½ inch bleed on each side.
Deliverables must be sized properly and print ready, in an AI file, as well as high resolution PNG, and JPEG files.
There can be no distortion in the final image.
