Virtual Assistant Needed for Cold Emailing

Description:
I'm seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) proficient in cold emailing. The role entails approximately 5 hours of work daily at a rate of $1USD per hour, totaling $5USD per day.

Responsibilities:

Conduct basic cold emailing as per my instructions.
Utilize Time Doctor for monitoring, ensuring work engagement.
Manage around 200 emails per day along with lead generation using Leads Gorilla which i have a subscription for.
Manage CRM - Monday.com
Proficiency in computer usage, internet navigation, and fluent English is essential.
Bonus for Referrals:
If you connect me with a qualified candidate willing to work at this rate, I'll provide you with a $15USD referral bonus. Preference is given to candidates from economically disadvantaged regions such as Pakistan, Haiti, Africa, and Afghanistan due to their cost-effective labor markets.

Interview Process:
Selected candidates will undergo a Webex video interview. While this position offers potential for long-term collaboration, continuation depends on the efficacy of the cold email campaigns in driving sales.

I helm an online web agency based in Australia, specializing in website development.
