I'm looking for an artist to create a cartoon drawing of a cyclist. This will be used for printing at 20" by 20" 300dpi The drawing should include details such as clothing and colors, but no need for an environment or expression. My desired style is a cartoon but it should include details from bike and biking gear. You do not need to illustrate the jersey details and pants. Just make black pants and green jersey.

Included are two files. One file is the picture of the biker I would like illustrated. The other file is design inspiration of style I am looking for. The head should be a bit oversized.
