Our company needs an email template design for communication with its customers.

- The template should include the company logo (attached.)
- You can copy text content from the sample links below.
- You can optionally include a stock photo (attached, or pick your own.)
- The color scheme should make use of company colors: green (#009900), white, black, light gray.
- The template will be converted to HTML, so please use web fonts only.

UPDATE:
Entries so far have focused too much on the content of the email. What we are looking for is a template that we can put any content into. Entries should focus more on designing a container rather than what goes inside it.

Overall structure of the template is what we care about. You can play around with text sizes, weights and colors, but what the text actually says doesn't really matter.

thanks for rating my designs. My email templates are clean, mobile friendly, offer no image solution, and google maps is also added within the template to make it easier for your customers. You can also change the content without it changing the overall template design, which was one of your requirement as well. You were asking for a design not specifically for this content but you've chosen mostly ones that are more designed towards specifically for this appointment confirmation rather than a design that can be used overall for any other content in future.
