We're creating a new branch of our audiovisual company and we're calling it Utilized.

This branch will monitor and service audiovisual systems to keep them active and reduce down-time.

Along with the following services:

1) SLA’s (Offerings with take-up options based on needed-desired levels of service support)
2) Ad-Hoc On Site Technical Service Support & Phone Support
3) Remote System Monitoring & Offsite Diagnostics (We are building a dedicated AVIT NOC)
4) Preventative Maintenance
5) Corporate Event Support
6) Documented Systems & Facilities Auditing
7) Design Consultancy & Strategic Planning
8) Documentation & CAD Services
9) User Training
10) Independent Programming Services (Including General AMX-Crestron Programming, Programming Standardisation & TP Design, Fusion & RMS)
11) Leasing quotation on SLA’s to allow funding from OPEX budgets without a requirement for a larger upfront payment.

We have a rough logo put together but want to see if someone can make something better before we go with a design. See the attached file.

We're after something simple and clean. The tag-line "Integrated Technologies Kept Active"may be used or "Consult - Manage - Service". Or if the logo looks good without a tagline, that's good too!
