Need a "Rock the Band" logo and banner.

I have non profit for school girls who want to wear boots but can't because their legs are too big. They are on the drill teams, the dance teams, baton teams, majorettes, and even marching bands and they can't wear the boots like the other girls in their troop. I have a product called Boot Band that enables these girls to wear boots. These girls do not have to be the only one who wears tennis shoes and now they can really be a part of the group and wear the boots like everyone else.

I need someone to design a logo and and and 2.5 feet by 8 feet banner, and landing page for a website that goes with the logo. For the logo, I see girls who are struggling to zip up their boots on one side and on the other side, they are happy because they are wearing their boots.
