I outline how I want both pages designed in the videos below. There is quite a bit of overlap between the two pages as well so we can focus on Home page first and then add the additional two sections to the Facilities page.

I definitely have a look and feel that I'm going for with all of my designs so I want this to stay true to that. Please see invis.io links below for some examples.

What I have found that works well in the past is to do a wire frame of the basic structure of the page first to get that nailed down then flesh out the design with pictures and bring it to life.
