Contest Brief

Two-sided plastic gift card (see dimensions in the attachments).
Two-sided carton gift card holder (see dimensions in the attachements).
Preferrable colour palette: light background, (Colors: #1CBB9F (green), #E74E3E (red), #FBA41F (Orange), #3CBDDC (Blue) + Black). This is not mandatory, you can use your color palette, if you think it will fit better

The design should be minimalistic and has a premium look.

Gift Card front:

Gift Card Back side:
- Call and chat instantly or request a certified Urgent Care clinician to visit you within 60 minutes.
