We are needing a tri-fold 11x17 brochure for an insurance agency that specializes in insuring small cities, villages, and counties.

We want it bolt, easy to read, bright, etc.

A SAMPLE BROCHURE IS ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE.

ON THE FRONT:
The company logo and image of a small town, or parade, or something symbolizing a small city.
Should have the words: Making friends is our business.
ON THE BACK:
The back of the brochure should have our contact information on it:

The initial inside right flap will have some basic easy-to-read things about the company such as:
● In business for over 20 years
● Centrally located
● Specializing in smaller municipalities, cities, villages and townships.
● Hands on Approach: We do business in person, not just over the phone
● Independent: Put an advocate in your corner. We work for you, not the insurance companies
● Your town is unique, don’t insure it with a cookie-cutter policy.

Inside once unfolded, have a listing of different types of insurance coverage we can provide for them. It would help to have an image for each type of coverage. Please see attached “example brochure” for an example of laying out categories.
We want to show that the agency cares about smaller communities, farming towns, etc, not big cities, so any images can be more rural/country in nature.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR INSIDE CONTENT.

PLEASE FIND LOGO, AND IMAGES ATTACHED.

I have attached photos that can be used, but ANY photo can be used that you choose to source from anywhere. You do NOT need to use ours.

Once the design is complete, we will have the WINNING entry edit the brochure with the proper description for each category on the inside page, so please create the design with the "filler" paragraph for each category.
