Resumen del concurso

We need talented designers with a lot of creativity to participate in this contest. We are looking to create a unique service on our website that will have a fun yet modern and professional look and feel. I have attached the full specifications of what we are looking for in the attached Word.doc file. You must NOT redesign the HEADER or the FOOTER area, only the inner section. The main structure of our website can be viewed here: http://dev.netcars.co.za/ this will show you what our homepage looks like and also what our header and footer area looks like that you MUST NOT change.

THe new landing page (which is a inner content page) will sit at http://dev.netcars.co.za/The-negotiator

We need some innovative thinking here.

We would also like an area where we can place a Sound Cloud audio clip of the Negotiator where we give weekly tips from our negotiator.

The mock-up entries can be PSD/Image files but the winner will need to supply the final files in HTML / CSS

We also need a contact form on the page, this will allow the visitor to leave his details if he wants the Negotiator to contact a dealer and negotiate a better deal on a car for him/her. So in a nut shell, this must be a fun and exciting page where the visitor can interact with the Negotiator, but the big secret will be that NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW the identity of the Negotiator, dealers will hate him but consumers and car buyers will love him.

We are looking to create a profile for "The Negotiator" that is similar to that of The Banker on the TV show "Deal or No Deal" (see: www.dealornodeal.co.uk/)

No one knows the identity of the banker on the show, we want to create a simillair profile for "The Negotiator". The idea comes around that anyone looking to buy a car from a car dealership can phone The Negotiator to negotiate a better price for them, but the consumer nor the dealers knows who The Negotiator really is. We want to be able to upload weekly voice clips (Sound Cloud) to the page where The Negotiator will give certain car buying tips, visitors can also listen to archived voice tips from The Negotiator.
