Resumen del concurso

I am launching a new program and need a very creative person.

1. I need an awesome banner, customized banner for my landing page.
2. a logo
3. color palette
4. need in .PSD and .PNG
size for banner are:
920 x 1080px
1440 x 810px
Try to keep file sizes less than 500 - 600kb if possible.)
and compatitable with twitter, FB, linked in, google+)

I have 2 pictures of me attached to use. ( do not use the background image on my pictures)
My picture should be in black and white... the focus is NOT on my picture.

The Program title is called:

AUTHENTIC. HONORABLE. ACCOMPLISHED MAN

My program i offer is a business men/entpreneurship program.
It is a BOLD type of program... NO fluff... or cute stuff. SIMPLE and POWERFUL works.

I will use this for my landing page and FB, Twitter, You Tube, and more.
The winner will be chosen to do 3 more banners for me.
