We are looking for lid design ideas for a double insulated stainless steel cup. This cup will be mainly used for hot beverages like coffee/tea at home or in an office.

The lid will go into a mug that does not have threads - it will be a press in type lid with rubber rings to seal.
It should be dishwasher safe and fairly easy to clean. Most likely, we will make it out of plastic from a mold.

We are most interested in the opening of the lid and how the lid will seal. We love how Yeti designed a lid with a magnetic enclosure for their mugs and tumblers. We are looking for an idea like this which is very simple, yet effective. It doesn’t have to be fully leak proof, but the lid should be spill proof -> it can allow for a little liquid to come out if it is tipped over. Of course, leak proof would be great :)

We will have an engineer make the precise measurements to take the lid from a concept to an actual product, but we need you to show your work in an STL file so we can get started.

Requirements
- STL file with your design
- interior diameter of the cup is 7.5 cm
- as simple as possible (easy to clean)
- dishwasher safe

Nice to have
- leak proof
- magnetic mechanism
- something unique
- premium quality design

Please avoid
- NO springs
- NO flip opening (ie. Miir)
- NO threads (press in lid type only)
