For this guaranteed contest, I am looking for a high-quality interior design for the kitchen and living room for this new construction development. The winner chosen will have submitted a "finished and furnished" design for the kitchen and living room.

The home is selling in a Coastal Area of North Carolina and the interior should reflect a light and bright coastal home. Furnishings should reflect Coastal Design. "Coastal interior design often incorporates natural elements from scenic beaches and coastlines, such as natural woods, jute, rattan, and linen fabrics. The coastal aesthetic also favors a lighter color palette where shades of blue and white mimic the crashing waves of the ocean."

We are looking for the following:

A lighter shade of flooring
White cabinets for the perimeter of the kitchen
Accent color cabinets for the kitchen island
White quartz countertops throughout the kitchen
Light blue tile backsplash

The "Selections Sheet" are provided for reference.

The "Floorplan" is provided for the kitchen and living room layout.

The "Front Elevation" is attached so that you can view the development's actual exterior design.

Inspirational interior design images are attached so that you can capture the kitchen and living room styles we are going for.

The contest winner will create 2 beautiful designs (1) for the kitchen and (2) living room to help attract potential homeowners who want to view and buy in this development.
