I need you to create a freelancing agreement between a company in Malta, working in content writing and translations.

The agreement must be valid between the company and freelancers at an international level. Any national law needed in the agreement should follow Maltese standards.

The contract must, besides legal content, also contain:
-Company logo.
-Salary is set individually in "EUR/per word".
-Payment conditions: Transferwise, if nothing other agreed upon. Freelancer is responsible for all transaction costs in transactions up to 400EUR.
-Freelancer who is residing outside of Malta caries responsibilities to pay VAT in his/her country.
-Freelancer is bound to follow the signed NDA.
-Freelancer will only deliver original content to the company and respect the laws of copyright and plagiarism.
-This contract will work for all projects between the Freelancer and the company.
-The Freelancer will not work in other projects or business which might threaten the company's business during the time of the assignments from the company.
