Yes, I know what you mean about the time zones.... you can try the Search for Freelancer option. My freelancer name is andreeanit, you should be able to find me and message me that way :) Unfortunately, there is no way to search for employers, I already tried that. The only other option is awarding the project and then I will be able to share the files with you and we can work to get them aligned with your vision at that point.

Changes: Remove my photo from the front cover, remove my personal logo (Penny Terry) from the entire document, centralise 'Steve Jobs' underneath the quote (do the same under other quotes throughout the document), Have 'The Background' the Paul Zak quote and then the three dot points on one page, then have the 'why storytelling' 'why now' 'why employees' on another page (these font may need to be smaller to fit these in). Continue this formatting throughout the document. It's important that the layout ensures the models (figures 1,2,3) and the explanations work together.

Also, there are a few other simple changes (such as removing the image from the front cover and some other basic formatting).
