3 questions before I decide a winner 1) Is this an unbounce formatted site or what language? 2) once you have done all the work and this page is live, will i be able to login myself in the back end and update things? 3) There are still change that would need to be made - text, photos etc. How would we work to finalize this?

Well as far as "how is this property owned?" is concern then that we will manage once we will start working onto its html part. We can't show those options in design.
Now I think you can award us with this project. Meantime to make our process more efficient and workable for one another, I request you to please share your skype id.

I like this. Can you place the logos so they appear on the first screen before scroll in between the when we shop you save and about augusytniak insurance?
