After looking at all the entries so far I am very happy with the entries from all you fine Freelancers. Thank you all for your hard work. I'm sorry only one or two will get a financial reward, but do know that I respect your abilities and your efforts and I'm sincerely thankful for your entries.
The best entries are short in text. You are right. I am wrong. I should not have listed so much text when I posted this contest. This is my first banner. I'm sorry. Entries with all the text are essentially business cards, not banners; this is my fault. I am sorry. Now that I know text needs to be minimal and after careful consideration, the text I want in this banner is the following:

Everything You Need to Know to Make it Happen
Warns of 132 Pitfalls
Click to Learn More

You can play with the text if you like. If the title of the book listed in the image again looks good, than that is fine. And the following quotation may also look good in some banners: "Seldom can a book so profoundly change one's life." But I now understand minimal is better, so cut what you like and do what you do best.

I like the background in Entries #20 and #21 and how they match the book cover, although I think it would look better if the black-space was darker and the stars were brighter. I'm not sure if just space in the background is best or if the bottom of the center could be the very edge of Earth like the cover - I'm curious what it would look like. I also like the layout of these entries. I think "Click to Learn More" is better than "Buy Now".

Hello Again Freelance Artists,

I've written a book and it's about to be published. To help get the word out there I'd like a banner advertisement to put on my website and other affordable places.

I'm hoping for something moving, shiny, attractive, attention-grabbing ... something that will make people think, want to know more and, hopefully, buy the book. I also, after viewing 22 entries, like entries with space and/or Earth in the background, similar to the cover.

The book is called, "The Book on How to Teach Abroad."

The book is about guiding people how to get abroad and open the opportunity to travel, so maybe the banner can include some popular travel destinations around the world (e.g., Pyramids, Great Wall, Machu Picu and on and on).

The following is from the blurb on the back cover:

Seldom can a single book so profoundly change one’s life.
Everything you need to know.
Warns of scams and of 132 pitfalls.

I've attached the front cover of the book.

If you require the back-cover or have any questions please ask and I will provide.

SIZE
Social Media banners are wide and short and (I just learned from a Freelancer) must have a maximum of 20% text.

Hello sir/ma'am. Social media banner required only 20% text on that. They don't let you post any banner which has text more than 20%. So beware of that. Thanks.

More about text: The blurb (back cover text) I included in description to give you an idea of what the book is about. The middle part of the blurb is good to help sell the book (especially the 132 pitfalls), so if you can include in that would help. " Reveals a formula to relocate and succeed abroad as an educator
 Discusses requirements (a degree in anything is highly recommended)
 Unravels the tangled English Language Teaching (ELT) certificate industry
 Advises on all aspects of the job
 Guides on location, culture-shock and other living-abroad considerations
 Highlights benefits and opportunities, e.g., how and where to save money
 Warns of scams and of 132 pitfalls in the industry
 For beginners, TBOHTTA introduces the art of ELT (from the classroom to lesson plans) and shows how teaching can be easy as pizza

The text to be included I leave to the artist. I wrote the book, I'm not a salesman, but, if I were to design this banner I would include some text something like this: "Feel stuck? Life passing you by? Want a change? Want adventure? Want travel and money? Want to teach abroad, but don't know how? Look no further, your answers are here:" Feel free to change the text anyway you want. I just want to make people interested so they want to learn more and hopefully buy the book.

I dont know what normal banner sizes are. Whatever is the standard on the NET is good. I did not understand what you said about travel related pictures. Do you want some to or you do not need any?
