Scholarly is a term I would use to describe myself, a true student at heart; "if you're not learning then you're not living" I like to say. I have spent the better part of my life in school, first as a student, completing a bachelor's degree in health and fitness followed by a master's degree in education, and then the student became the teacher. As a secondary school teacher I truly mastered the art of writing, spending hours upon hours editing and marking all types of writing, from full length papers discussing the effects of commercial marketing on our youth's obesity rate to short pieces on the most effective technique for sinking a jump shot. With the emergence of the internet came a new type of writing for me, incorporating the art of language with the all empowering and most genius form of communication - the search engine. All form of media require slightly different styles of writing and the internet requires a writer to be able to master creating an interesting and informative piece that is loaded with key words and will not get lost in the wild sea that is the internet. I currently work with dozens of internet companies and seven fortune 500 brands.
