I have current day-to-day accountability for the Operational Services of a Major Technology Focused Project. I lead a number of business units, including Field Services, Central Systems, Business Services and Program Management, as well as having local Financial Services and Engineering oversight. Previous to that I was responsible for contract management; strategic advice, commercial negotiation and in-house legal assistance. As a qualified lawyer (England & Wales and Australia), I have both private practice and in-house legal experience with strengths in contract/commercial law.
