Right...and so this is our second project in less than a week. What a freelancer hates is vague scope of the project for mainly 2 reasons - the first one being timelines get extended way beyond what was anticipated and the second as a result is the price. Stephanos has been very patient towards us (our mistake) - while has extended himself and gone way over the extra mile to ensure that he was able to deliver on time - and true to his word his suggest BID PRICE. Been on FREELANCER for a while now - and this quality is RARE to find here. We have been very fortunate to be working with such FREELANCERS and Stephanos has proved he is one of them. We were thinking of working with somebody else as Stephanos might not have been able to deliver to amount of work - but we are going to be working with him...easier for us all. Another quality that Stepahnos factors in - he offers suggestions. Now for somebody visual, one might feel that a FREELANCER is suggestion an alternative because he does not know his job. Stepahnos proves it with a visual. Now that can get very expensive for him. But he realises that we are not ALL technical minded but are VISUAL. This has built TRUST between us very quickly. Another thing is that he likes to talk and NOT CHAT. What this has told us that he values his time. First he gets you to put it all down and then he talks through the project. We do not see ourselves working any differently. More work coming Stephanos...

Stef is a superb guy. Love it when you have a FREELANCER who has a a little more character and is able to talk about things beyond business. On a serious note, Stef has offered a lot of ideas for us to be able to be able to present to clients. Very professional and knew what he was talking about from the beginning.
