Marketing and Communications Core Job Function; To promote the business and its brand to all relevant stakeholders, Internal & external, commercial & retail in line with the Corporate plan. Duties • Implementing brand building and product marketing strategies through adverting and promotions at all points of contact with the customer. • Defining KFT’s communication strategy and plan for all business units. • Carrying out the annual marketing planning and budgeting. • Prioritizing annual marketing projects in conjunction with each business unit. • Marketing supplier management (e.g. advertising agency, production firms) • Conducting Brand Specific Market research. Customer Services Core Job Function; To coordinate the delivery of excellent service through effective leadership and management of the Call Centre and all Customer Service deliverables. Duties • Set Up a Customer Support Unit to support all Kifiya products and services. • Develop a customer services strategy and related plan for all Kifiya Business Units. • Develop Customer Handling Processes for specific business needs. • Identification and development of needed operational policies, procedures and processes • Prepare The Customer Support Unit performance management reports highlighting adherence to the different key performance indicators. • Develop and evaluate Service level agreements with key supporting business units (both internal and external service providers that is workforce, training, IS, and HR. • Recommend and or develop solution-based initiatives with the key supporting business units to improve efficiencies within the customer support unit.
