I am a web developer with 5+ years of experience. I worked with cmmi-3 level company synapseindia pvt. lim as Team leader. now I am ready to work on any freelance projects. Also I am looking for long term relationship to any development company or individual client. I have done more than 100 projects. They are mainly related to web development. I have many satisfied buyers with my work. I am available on various IM such as Yahoo IM, MSN, Skype (maxlandIt.ajay). I prefer forms of written communication(Chat, EMail, etc.) because the conversation is saved and can be accessed later. The escrow should be released at the end of the project(or when you like during working on the project). The terms are also negotiable in case of long term relation opportunities and maybe in other cases as well. Please contact me to discuss. N o t e s f o r b u y e r s: - Changing project scope during working process without changing a budget is not acceptable. I will require additional funds for the additional things. Everything about a project should be discussed BEFORE starting the project. Also if you expect any revisions or small changes please let me know BEFORE starting so that I have it in mind. - Usually I don't offer free maintenance/support after completing a project and therefore it isn't included in my bid by default.
