It is very difficult to properly rate this employee. I am giving him 5 stars. However… Nic charges $70 hour. And please expect this. If project has been awarded for $250, do not expect this freelancer to go over the budget. A few years ago I had similar job done including PPT and 23 pages of business action plan by someone that charges $15/hour. I paid $180 total. That work was performed very well. I tried to bring my business plan to the next level and hire someone more expensive. From my initial conversation and first impression of Nik I was expecting much more, something unique and inadequate. Well… I did paid ONLY $250 for ONLY 3 hours worth of work. I’ve got what I paid for. That is why I rated this freelancer 5 stars. Hope this review isn’t too confusing.
