Lead technical resource in maintaining and creating reports, database objects and web objects to facilitate project, portfolio and resource management for the Kimberly-Clark ITS organization.
Lead technical resource on project to implement Active Directory in the Clarity application. This project involved research, training, testing, debugging and implementation. I worked closely with other teams within Kimberly-Clark and the Clarity vendor to implement this project within the time allowed. Open completion, users where able to login using their network passwords instead of maintaining a separate password.
Created a web service and web application to allow Asia-Pacific managers to track resource billing to other organizations within the company. This replaced a manually process and saves the manager’s time and increases the billing accuracy.
Streamlined database objects, reducing execution time of jobs by up to one hour. This reduced the report s downtime by the same.

This project met requirements to reduce the billing department manual input to create reports for corporate customers.
Developed a new transaction component to meet business logic using Microsoft Transaction Server and Visual Basic that reduced operating costs for the billing business unit by $6,000 annually.
Contributed to the full life-cycle development of the project including gathering requirements, coding, debugging and installation.
1999-2000 Voice Stream Database Administrator
Managed Cell Tower Construction Database System project.
Modified database system to increase reliability and reduce operating costs by $12,459 annually, eliminating the need for daily user maintenance using Excel, Access and Visual Basic.
Created and managed Cell Tower Maintenance Database System. This project came in $1,956 under budget and ahead of schedule by two weeks using Visual Basic, SQL Server, Microsoft Transaction Server, ADO and COM.
