•Responsible for the socioeconomic study, planning, developing and implementing non-formal education programs for women in Kibera that were based on income generating models. •Responsible for planning, collection and distribution of fundraising projects •Managed and administered the entire department •We succeeded in develop the “Integral Human Development” department, fulfilling the goal becoming self-reliant, providing jobs in the community and a tool for the others communities around Kenya as a viable project.
