Manasi was great to work with!

Manasi was very hard to work with and often completely ignored my very specific questions. She missed deadlines without giving any new deadlines and when I would ask her about it she would inform me about how much more she was getting paid from other clients. When I did get work in from her is was not bad, however due to her lack of communication I would not use her again. [22 September, 2022] Manasi seems to have a good understanding of the law, but her communication with her clients is extremely unprofessional. I had to tell her on more than one occasion that I just want to pay for work as agreed, nothing more or less. I am handling a case with 3 opposing counsels to which all filed and served 3 different motions on the same day. I asked her if she would have time to respond in a timely manner, she said give her time to review. Eight days later I had to follow up with her to see if she could respond in a timely manner and I was told I would have the work on "Sunday." Needless to say "Sunday" came and went without ANY word from Manasi and I had to follow up yet again and again. Finally 3 days later (Wednesday) Manasi then began to tell me about her other clients who were paying much more than me - like this had ANYTHING to do with her promise and communication with me or how that would make me less deserving of proper communication and responses. I do believe her body of work is sound and if she works on the way she communicates with clients she should indeed thrive. Using how much "other" clients are paying like the current one should get less service on the price agreed is sure to turn anyone off. I hope she learns from her actions and continue to grow and thrive. [23 September, 2022] This freelancer instead of meeting deadlines that she set would rather tell me about the higher rate she was making from other clients and deadlines would come and go with no updates and ignored questions. I found her communication to be extremely poor and she would blatantly ignore my.specific questions including one involving my place flooding and me asking her if we could take any legal emergency action to resolve - and rather let me know about other clients and how much they were paying her. When her work did come in I found it satisfactory, but she needs to improve her communication and client relation skills.
