I studied B.S Chemistry at the University of Santo Tomas. Before enrolling in college, I worked as a trimmer at a garment factory at the age of 15, then worked in an electronic company (Uniden) as a production operator at the age of 18. After studying at the university, I became a government employee at Taguig City Hall from year 2001 to 2006. I worked with different BPO companies since 2007 and have a national certification from Technical Educational and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) as an assessor and trainer. I have excellent oral and written communication skills in English. I am not currently working in any company because I am taking care of our training center. I specialize in customer service, script writing, short story writing, and novel writing. I also have a vast experience in chat/email customer support.
