Coordination of deployment tasks, Release to Productive and Pre-Production environments. Analysis and prioritization of incidents, monitoring the resolution of incidents. Identification, analysis and problem resolution; diagnosis of incidents of software applications and platforms hosting. Allocation and monitoring of tasks and technical operations. Monitoring and resolution of problems reported by the user. Direct communication with Project Management Office and Project Managers with the aim of estimating, planning and define planning current and future releases.
